Easy Access with Assigned Spaces
Our most popular feature for boaters and boat owners is our unlimited 24 hour access. Fisherman and recreational boaters can come and go in the early morning or evening hours. After hours and night-time visits are safe and easy. Our storage areas feature extensive lighting. Also, reflective parking markers installed at each space make early morning fishing trips and late night returns stress-free. Our gate access system works with devices instead of codes and keypads. Remote control devices offer contact-free gate access. So, no need to stop at the gate post and punch in a code.
Electric Option
We offer a limited number of electric spaces for trickle charging batteries. These spaces feature individual weatherproof ground-fault outlets so that your boat stays charged when you need it.
Prime Location
Enjoy convenient access to the Potomac River through several nearby boat launching ramps less than five miles from our gates. Pohick Bay Park in Lorton is about 3 miles away. Also, we are located less than a mile from Interstate I-95 South.
