Our fully-fenced facility offers secure storage for all types of vehicles with over one mile of seven foot high chain link fencing with barbed wire. Facility access is limited to our authorized customers and service providers with gate access devices (the property is not accessible to the general public).
Our facility has an extensive network of over 100 high-definition surveillance cameras, recording 24/7. We have dusk to dawn lighting with over 75 elevated security lights. Our two entrance and exit gates, north and south gates, are power operated gates, accessed by assigned remote control devices and/or prox card devices that track user access. Both power gates have power failure back up systems to operate the gates in the event of a power failure. All of these features assist in creating a secure storage environment for our outdoor storage facility.
Our yard staff perform all of our grounds maintenance, including snow removal and storm preparation. We regularly inspect the entire facility for safety, security and environmental concerns.
Our administrative office is open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. For urgent after hours concerns, we post a 24/7 emergency call center contact number to all customers. We also monitor voicemails, texts and emails outside of office hours.
