We offer extra wide aisle ways, separate storage areas for recreational andpersonal storage versus commercial storage, all asphalt parking surfaces and clearly demarked, lined and assigned parking spaces. We have a full time grounds maintenance crew working to keep the facility neat and secure.
Ease of access:
Our most popular feature for boaters and boat owners is our unlimited 24 hour access – no restrictive gate hours! Fisherman and recreational boaters need the ability to come and go at early morning or evening hours, so we’ve installed extensive lighting throughout our facility and reflective parking markers at each space to make early morning fishing trips and late night returns stress-free. Our gate access system works with devices, including remote controls that can be fitted on to the visor of your tow vehicle or on your vehicle’s keychain, eliminating the need to stop an a gate kiosk and punch in a code.
Electric hook-ups:
We offer a limited number of electric spaces for trickle charging batteries. These spaces feature our innovative charging station design that alerts us when a breaker has been tripped, ensuring that your boat stays charged when you need it. Please call for availability!
Flexible terms and reasonable rates:
Boat owners can choose short term, month-to-month or discounted long term (one year or more) rates. The rate will depend on the size of the boat (and the overall length of the trailer, if it is going to be stored on the trailer). Please email us for rates and availability.
Location:
Our boat storage customers enjoy convenient access to the Potomac River through several nearby boat launching ramps less than five miles from our gates. We’re also less than a mile from Interstate I-95 South.
